Tea, rye bread, fruit, water and music. The perfect Sunday breakfast, if you ask me!
I love to start the Sunday in a calm and slow manner because in the weekdays I’m usually so busy.
Rye bread, smashed avocado with chili flakes, salt and pepper! Accompanied by kiwi and passion fruit. 🥝
And you guys know I LOVE avocado!
I’m so lazy - I just smash’s the avocado in the peel and put it on top of the bread.
Lots of water and tea!
I make the tea with boiling water, ginger, lemon and a splash of apple cider vinegar.
I also read a chapter of this book by Guru Jagat. It’s more than a book, it’s like a holy scripture for me. I bring it everywhere!
It’s filled with great advice and yoga exercises.
And oh... Did I mention that spring has finally arrived in Norway?
