How's everything? 😆 The weekend is approaching, and have you made any plans? In today's My Stories, I'm gonna bring you to an Italian restaurant, TOSCA, at The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong.
最近大家怎麼樣？😆週末快來到了，不知道大家有什麼計畫呢？在今天的“生活小確幸”，我會帶大家來到位於香港麗思卡爾頓酒店的意大利餐廳——TOSCA:)
The environment 環境🎈
This Michelin-Starred restaurant offers innovative Italian cuisine with Victoria Harbour views as a backdrop🎆. If there're 4 of you or less , then I suggest you booking a table next to the window in advance :) Having dinner while enjoying the stunning night view of Hong Kong is a perfect way to spend your weekend, isn't it? There are high ceilings, stately fountains and majestic chandeliers, lending a Romanesque feeling to this stylish dining destination.
這間米芝蓮級別的餐廳以維多利亞港為背景，為客人們帶來極富新意的意大利食物🎆.。如果大家有4位或以下，那麼我會推薦你提前訂一張近落地窗的桌子:) 在品嚐美味食物的同時能夠欣賞美麗的維港景色，簡直是一大享受:) 大家說是不是呢？餐廳的天花十分高，大大增強了空間感；堂皇的噴泉以及壯觀的水晶燈賦予了餐廳羅馬獨有的浪漫氣息，讓我陶醉不已。

我十分喜歡這裏的走廊。他們看上去難道不像時光隧道嗎？
The open kitchen allows us an even more theatrical dining experience.
開放式廚房為整個餐廳增添了不少藝術感。
What is more, there are private dining rooms for special celebrations, entertaining corporate clients or any other intimate occasion. Guests can choose from 2 semi-private rooms, as well as a private room for smaller parties. But please do remember to book the rooms in advance :)
值得一提的是，這裏還為藝人、娛樂界人士或其他私人聚會提供私人包廂。客人可以從2間半私人包廂、或1間較小的包廂中選擇。如果大家打算享用這個服務的話，就要記得提前預約了:)
The Food 食物🍰
The food is nice and innovative. And I didn't expect the chiabatta to be THIS delicious!!! 🍞Little Tip: remember to ask for Balsamic vinegar for the chiabatta. :)
這裏的食物十分美味及創新。我必須要說，這個chiabatta(餐前麵包)比想像中好吃！！ 小提示：記得向他們索要黑醋來沾麵包吃哦:)
The appetizer was Pumpkin Soup with Cheese. It tasted special.
今天的開胃菜是芝士南瓜湯。很特別的味道！
Here comes the main dishes. This is Seared scallop with winter root salad.
以下就是主食了。這是香煎帶子 • 冬天沙律。
This is Risotto, radicchio, smoked scamorza and aged balsamic vinegar.
這是意大利飯 • 菊苣• 煙燻芝士 • 陳醋。
This is Black cod, fennel and crushed potatoes.
這是銀鱈魚 • 茴香 • 馬鈴薯。
This is Veal chop "palermitana", fries and salad. I have to say that this is the BEST dish of the night!!! LOLLL
這是小牛排 • 馬鈴薯 • 沙律。這是今晚最好吃的菜哦！XD
This is Wagyu beef sirloin, braised beef cheek and celeriac.
這是和牛西冷 • 牛臉頰 • 芹菜頭。
This is Wild sea bass, roasted chicken and cime di rapa.
這是海鱸魚 • 烤雞肉 • 西蘭花。
It was my friend's birthday, so they gave her a birthday cake as gift 🎂. But we were surprised that they gave EACH ONE OF US a dessert set FOR FREE!!! How nice they were!!!❤️
今天是朋友的生日，所以餐廳為她送上了精緻的生日蛋糕作為禮物 🎂。不過，出乎意料的是，餐廳還免費為每個人送上一份甜品，真的好貼心呀！！❤️
Useful Facts: Chef Pino Lavarra's gastronomic talents has earned him prestigious recognitions including “One of the Best Chefs in the World” by the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences, and Michelin two stars award for Rossellinis, the restaurant that he led since 2001, a one-star rating for three consecutive years since 2013 at Tosca in Hong Kong.
小知識：這裏的主廚——Pino Lavarra先生極富天賦，曾獲American Academy of Hospitality Sciences頒發“One of the Best Chefs in the World”的頭銜，他自2001年便負責的Rossellinis餐廳也獲頒米芝蓮2星。不僅如此，在他的帶領下，Tosca(也就是這間餐廳)自2013年連續獲得1星好評。
The Menu 餐牌📔
These are their menus. The food's very expensive, but definitely worth trying if you plan to spend a lovely night with your family or friends in a restaurant next to one of the most beautiful harbours of the world :)
這就是他們的餐牌了。這裏的食物真的非常貴TT 不過，如果大家計畫著與家人或朋友在世界最美的港灣旁度過一個難忘的夜晚，那麼這裏還是十分值得的:)
To wrap up the experience, I really like TOSCA🍹 . Dinning in a restaurant located at 102/F at night was really an unforgettable experience, and personally the food become less important when I'm in such an environment :) So, if you're a fan of Italian cuisine, then this restaurant should definitely be on your to-go list🍴!!! See you next time!!!
總得來說，我很喜歡TOSCA🍹。在102層高樓享用美食，實在是一個難忘的經歷。個人來說，當我在如此美好的環境中用餐之時，食物反而顯得沒那麼重要了:) 所以，如果你也喜歡意大利美食，那麼一定要把這個餐廳放在你的「美食名單」中哦🍴！！我們下次見！！！
