INGREDIENTS
250 g Albums
500 grams of sugar
1 drop lemon essence,
organic lemon peel
100 g roasted almonds and cut into fillets

INSTRUCTIONS
In the bowl of the planetary begin to mount the albums. When they start to swell, add little sugar at a time to fit until the mixture is shiny and firm.
Add the lemon zest and put in the "sac on a few" with star spout. Turn on the oven at 100 Β° C and prepare two baking trays.
