The famous Los Angeles-based chain of cupcake bakeries recently opened an ice cream shop, where they serve up gourmet ice cream sandwiches. The array of cookies and ice creams can be mixed and matched to create a bevy of interesting creations. But, the Ones I loved are Cap’n Crunch ice cream with salted oatmeal cornflake cookies, and malted milk chocolate ice cream with peanut butter pretzel chip cookies. YUMMY! It is to Die For!

This Amazing Ice Cream Sandwich includes two 8-inch vanilla French macaron shells that are filled with four types of homemade ice cream — Tahitian vanilla with caramelized bananas, dark rum, caramel, and walnut brittle. The creation is meant to serve eight to 10 people. Oh My God! I want to try that. It looks so delicious!!
