Fish for dinner today - Easy cooking

Take few Seabasses (I had 3);

  • Young potatoes (peel it off);

  • Carrot (peel it of and cut into pieces);

  • Onion (cut into rings);

  • Lemon (cut into rings);

  • Parsley;

  • Salt, pepper;

  • Soy sauce;

  • Olive Oil;

  • Fresh tomatoes;

  • Greens.

  1. Clean the fish. Put Lemon rings ans parsley inside. Add salt and pepper outside.

  2. Make layers: Carrot, Potato, Fish, Onion.

  3. Pour Olive oil (2-3 table spoon) and Soy sauce (2-3 table spoon) on the fish.

  4. Bake 40 min / 180 C. Regulate the time and temperature due to your oven features.

  5. Add fresh tomatoes and greens. Enjoy delicious Fish:)
