Take few Seabasses (I had 3);
Young potatoes (peel it off);
Carrot (peel it of and cut into pieces);
Onion (cut into rings);
Lemon (cut into rings);
Parsley;
Salt, pepper;
Soy sauce;
Olive Oil;
Fresh tomatoes;
Greens.
Clean the fish. Put Lemon rings ans parsley inside. Add salt and pepper outside.
Make layers: Carrot, Potato, Fish, Onion.
Pour Olive oil (2-3 table spoon) and Soy sauce (2-3 table spoon) on the fish.
Bake 40 min / 180 C. Regulate the time and temperature due to your oven features.
Add fresh tomatoes and greens. Enjoy delicious Fish:)
