Spicy squid bibimbap

Last Saturday night my friends and I had dinner at Madang, a nice Korean place I had reviewed previously. I enjoyed the spicy squid bibimbap which was fragrant and delicious. I like bibimbap because it has a lot of vegetables including spinach, bean sprouts, carrots, zucchini, shitake mushrooms, purple cabbage and an egg on top. The rice crisps up because of the stone bowl. The white sesame seeds sprinkled on top are a great touch. The spicy red sauce mixed in with everything makes it a great dish.
