Last year we visited Blue Elephant Sky Lounge.
Since we want something new, we decided to have our dinner here at Blue Elephant.
Blue Elephant Sky Lounge serves an Asian Cuisine and it is a Casual Dining place. And they are known for Al fresco dining with City View.
Let's check what is Al fresco mean:
The phrase "al fresco" is a borrowed word from Italian which means "in the cool[air]" although it is not in current use in that language to refer to dining outside. Instead, Italians use the phrases fuori or all'aperto(off or outdoors). In Italian, the expression al fresco usually refers to spending time in jail.
It just means that Al fresco dining or dining alfresco is eating outside with City View.
Here is the view from our seat.
When dining in here, you can choose from al fresco dining at the roof deck or indoor VIP Lounge. And they also have an indoor function room for private parties.
We arrived here 5 pm so we just waited in their waiting lounge.
And when they are open we just choose to sit on the roof deck where we can see the City View.
We ordered Crispy Pata and Calamares.
And for the dessert, we ordered Banana Split. The food all we eat taste good.
If you plan to dine here, they are opening hours is 5:30 pm to 12:00 am (Sunday to Thursday), Friday to Saturday closes at 1 am.
And the address of this place is 19th floor of Apple One Equicom Tower, Mindanao Corner Biliran Avenue, Cebu Business Park, Cebu City near Ayala Mall and Marriott Hotel. Just look for a tall building with huge apple logo and go straight up!
