Ingredients
- 250 gr chicken breast (finely ground)
- 80 gr shrimp (roughly chopped)
- 1/4 fruit onion (chopped)
- 3 cloves of garlic (grated / finely chopped)
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 5 tbsp tapioca flour
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- to taste skin of beancurd (for wrapping)
- Sauce (mix well):
- 3 tbsp chili sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp vinegar
- to taste sugar and salt
- Sufficient water
Steps
Mix all ingredients of batter, mix well.
Prepare skin of beancurd, fill and fold. Steam for about 30 minutes. Then fry until browned.
Serve with sauce.
It feels the mix of shomay and otak-otak, yummy ..
