Ingredients:

  • 1 Raw banana (chopped round)

  • Red chilli powder 2 tea spoon.

  • Rice flour 1 teaspoon

  • Gram flour 1 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Oil for tempering with chopped curry leaves

Cut the raw bananas in this shape

mix chilli powder rice flour and gram flour in 35ml of water and Pour this on round cut raw bananas with salt.

Take a nonstick pan and spread little oil on it.

Arrange all the bananas on the shallow pan. Sprinkle some oil and let them shallow fry.

Turn them over as they turn little crisp.

Take another pan and put little oil, temper with mustard seeds and curry leaves, when the curry leaves are crackling pour them over the raw bananas and your crispy chilli bananas are ready to be served. Children and adults both find this lip smacking good.
