Hey my lovely Steemians!!

Well I have been meaning to put this post on.I have had such a hectic weekend.Hubby went to London for crypto investor event.I really wanted to go but couldn't because of my bambinos.I decided to go to my mums, as it was Mothers Day! I thought I would give my mum a rest and cook. She wanted me to make my spicy hot wings. So heres the recipe folks.

1 Egg
3 TBSP Bbq sauce

1 Cup Plain Flour
1 TSP Oregano
2 TSP Cajun spice
1 TSP Ceyenne pepper

Salt & Crushed Black Pepper

Method

Step 1

Step 2

Step 3
Once the chicken is refrigerated for 2 hours, take the wings and cover the coating mixture on them.

Step 4
Pams Tip - Once coated please allow 5mins to stand. This will ensure the coating will dry and become crispier once cooked. Also the coating wont fall off.

Step 5
Heat the oil in a chip pan or fryer. The oil will be ready when you throw in some of the coating mixture and it sizzles. The ideal temperature is 178 C.

Step 6
Place half the chicken wings in the pan.Cook for 8 - 10 minutes turning occasionally.Dont put to many wings in the pan/fryer as may stick together and coating can fall off.

Step 7
Once the wings are golden brown, drain excess oil and take out.

Step 8
Leave to rest for 3 minutes.
