Today's cooking is a spicy, crispy tofu-rice.
It's easy to cook today, so you can cook it.
-Ingredient
tofu 1/2 piece
leek 2T
soy sauce 1T
Starch syrup 1T
Sesame oil 1T
red pepper 3T
crushed garlic 1T
sesame seeds 1/2T
Cut tofu into 5 cm and cut into triangular pieces.
After cutting, remove the water from the towel.
(water is dangerous when it is fried.)Cut the leeks into small pieces.
-Soy sauce, plum sauce, leek, chopped garlic, red pepper paste, sesame oil, sesame oil stir in all hands.
Fill the pan with plenty of oil. you have to give it a degree of fried sensation.
Wet tofu can pop out when you meet oil, and watch out for it, so please fry the tofu for a long time.
