RICE WITH VEGETABLES.

Prepare a different rice, without any type of animal protein, but that does not mean you will not have enough for a full meal. Animal protein will be replaced by vegetables, which are a source of protein necessary for our body.

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups of rice

Crushed garlic

1/2 paprika

1 small onion

Edible fungi

1 tomato

Parsley leaves

Cooked peas

A small zucchini

Oil

Salt.

4 cups of water

PREPARATION:

In a pan-type pot we put to fry all the ingredients well chopped in the oil, except the tomato.

We cook over medium heat stirring occasionally, to avoid sticking and burning.

After about 15 minutes of cooking, add the cut tomatoes and let them cook for a few minutes, until all the ingredients are integrated.

After a few minutes we incorporate the rice into the preparation, mix and sauté together with the other ingredients.

Add 4 cups of water to the preparation add more salt if necessary and let cook, until the water evaporates and the rice is soft, do not stir to not destroy the peas and vegetables.

When the liquid dries and the rice is cooked, let cool a little and serve.
