Inspired by 3 layered milk tea drink, we made a fruity vitamin filled version.
Ingredients:
Put the carrots and berries into a juicer separately to get their juices.
Boil the berry juice while slowly adding sugar until it becomes thick, resulting in a syrup like this.
To make the 3 layered effect, you will need ice cubes and a clear glass.
First pour in a layer of berry syrup. Then add in the ice cubes nice and slow.
Now pour the evaporated milk slowly on top of the ice cubes until about 1/2 of the cup. The ice cubes will guide the milk slowly down so not to disturb the syrup layer.
Similarly pour the carrot juice slowly over the ice cubes to make the final layer.
Voila ~ there you have it: 3 layered Carrot Milk with Berry syrup drink. Kids and adults alike will love this healthy drink. Hope you enjoy the process of making it too.
