homemade rye bread

Ingredients: 500gr rye flour, 200ml of warm water, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, an envelope of baker's yeast and salt.

Steps:

We dilute the yeast in the water.

add the rest of the ingredients and knead for ten minutes, then form a ball.

put a bowl greased with oil on top and put it in the cold oven and programs 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
