Healthy mug: oatmeal, banana and chocolate

Who said that taking a sweet is not healthy?

Easy to make and it's delicious. crush a ripe banana, mix it with virgin olive oil, add 3 tablespoons of oatmeal, a teaspoon of yeast and a spoonful of pure cocoa powder. Mix well and microwave for two and a half minutes. when it is ready we put an ounce of chocolate and add nuts. It stays like a coulant!
