Healthy dinner!!! #realfood

Today I have eating a delicious rye Bread toast with tomatoe and turkey and for dessert kéfir ( soft yoghurt) with seeds and pomegranate.

For a healthy diet is important to eat real foods that are poorly processed, we must try to reduce the consumption of sugar.
Too for realfood is important to choose foods with few or single ingredients, such as fruits, vegetables, fresh meats, eggs ...
the flour, the pasta and the rice must be integral.
Also the consumption of legumes is very important
And of course you have to leave aside the pastries, the cookies and gastos food!
