Necessary Ingredients

  1. Four eggs
  2. three onions (finely chopped)
  3. three small spoons ginger-garlic paste
  4. two tomatoes (finely chopped)
  5. two green chillies (finely chopped)
  6. two big tablespoon coriander (finely chopped)
  7. half teaspoon cumin
  8. half teaspoon red chilli powder
  9. Half teaspoon turmeric powder
  10. one teaspoon coriander powder
  11. one teaspoon garam masala powder
  12. one quarter teaspoon black pepper powder
  13. one cup water
  14. three tablespoon oil
  15. salt according to taste

Method

  • Firstly boil the eggs in a small vessel on medium flame .
  • After boiling eggs, turn off the flame and add cold water to the egg in a bowl and keep the eggs in it for some time.
    When the egg is cooled, take out the peel, knife the knife, or pierce the tooth pick / match with the spine. (By which to spice up the inside of the egg)
  • Then put on medium flame to keep the oil in the pan for hot.
    After the oil is heated, put boiled egg in it and fry it until it turns golden from the four sides.
  • After frying the egg , remove it in a plate and fry cumin seeds in this oil till cracking.
    After that, add onion and adkar-garlic paste to it and fry it until golden.
    After frying onion, add green chilies and tomatoes and mix well and fry for 3 to 4 minutes, then cover and keep for 5-6 minutes.
    After the fixed time, when the onions and tomatoes are well melted, add black pepper, red chili, turmeric, garam masala and coriander powder in it for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Then add salt to it and mix it well and fry it for 2 minutes.
    When the spices are well roasted, add water and stir until 1 to 2 boil.
  • After boiling, pour the egg in it and cover it for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • After the fixed time, close the flame and mix well with the coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Prepare the egg curry in a bowl and eat hot with bread or rice and feed others too.
