Yummy Mexican salad

Salad Haldy Diet can also continue in summer. In the summer, hunger looks less like this, in which case you can eat Mexican salad at dinner. Read Easy Recipes Here -

material-

1 cup soaked and boiled rosemary
1/4 cup chopped green onion leaves
1/2 cup Lo-Fat Paneer Pieces
1/4 cup chopped coriander
salt to taste

For Salsa-

3/4 cups lightly boiled, seeds extracted and chopped tomatoes
1 t-spoon oil
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
Pieces of 3/4 cups colorful capsicum (red, yellow and green)
2 t-spoon dry red chili flakes
salt to taste

Method -

For Salsa-
Heat oil in an incision non-stick pan, add onion and roast on medium flame for 30 seconds.
Tomatoes, Take Mix paprika, red pepper Flacks and well salt and cook over medium heat, until the middle-shaking between 2 minutes. Put aside.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, add sarsa and mix them lightly.
Serve immediately.
