For the preparation we need:

Pita
Cottage cheese
Cheese
Salt
You can also add greens and spices, but this time I did without them.

Preparation:

  1. We rub cheese on a fine grater and mix it with curd. A little salt.

  2. We put cottage cheese and cheese on lavash. We wrap the envelope.

  3. Fry the envelope on the grill or on the frying pan.

And all !! Our envelopes are ready. This is a delicious diet dish.
