“LUGAW NI ABEL” - BEST PORRIDGE IN BULACAN

Sunday is family day.

After going to church, we always eat lunch outside. We often hear mass at Santisima Trinidad Church, it is located near Lugaw ni Abel, that’s why we don’t look for other places to eat, because Lugaw ni Abel is already there.

Lugaw ni Abel offers the best lugaw in my town, Bulacan. Their lugaw is made from pure cow. What i love in this lugawan, is that the lugaw is served as hot as the number one FHM model (kidding). Lugaw is served as it is freshly cooked! It is also served with crispy garlic on top!

As you can see in those pictures, there are many customers. Aside from it’s Sunday, people really crave for their famous lugaw even during ordinary days. Aside from lugaw, they also offer * lumpiang sariwa with delicious sauce, lumpiang toge, lumpiang shanghai, tokwat baboy, tapsilog and other silogs, siopao, barbecue, halo halo and samalamig. *

WHAT WE ORDERED

  1. LUGAW UTAK
I ordered double lugaw utak. It’s really delicious. It tastes like tofu. This is their best selling lugaw. They also offer, lugaw tenga, mata, laman, isaw and many more. (Wasn’t able to take pictures sorry)

  2. LUMPIANG SARIWA
This lumpiang sariwa is my favorite lumpia ever. This lumpia comes with a sweetened sauce and you can taste the real taste of peanuts. So yummy!

  3. LUMPIANG SARIWA
This lumpia is crispy and has meat and vegetables likes carrots inside. It’s also delicious, especially when you soak it in their sweet and sour vinegar sauce. Crispy on the outside and inside. This is more delicious when served hot.

  4. LUMPIANG TOGE
This is also delicous when served hot. It’s crispy and also has vegetables.

  5. BARBEQUE
We also ordered pork barbecue and betamax. It’s best when partnered with their sweet and sour vinegar.

  6. TAPSILOG
My brother ordered tapsilog. It comes with a bulalo soup. It’s really perfect when served hot.

  7. SAMALAMIG
This is the best samalamig. It has sago and ice. It’s like halohalo. It is refreshing!
