Ingredients :

300 gr glutinous flour
4 tbsp boiling water
150 ml of warm coconut milk
50 ml of suji leaf water
½ tbsp lime water
200 grams of brown sugar, a fine comb
1 young coconut, peeled, grated elongate
Salt to taste

How to make :

  1. Flour the flour with boiling water, mix well. Add salt, water suji leaves, lime water while poured coconut milk little by little. Knead until the dough can be formed.
  2. Take the dough as big as the marbles, flip it and fill it with brown sugar that has been combed. Circle shape, do until the dough runs out.
  3. Boil the klepon spheres into the boiling water until it floats. Lift and drain.
  4. Mix the coconut and a little salt. Steamed with pandan leaves for 5 minutes. Lift.
  5. Roll the decoction of the klepon on the steamed grated coconut, serve klepon in a small leaf bowl.
