If you have been following my blog, you would know that I am in love with this famous Korean dish.
I decided to make it for dinner today and it surely didn't disappoint. The dish was made using rice cake, Toppoki spicy sauce and I added vegetables to my liking.
Every now and again, I think it is a nice gesture towards oneself to spend the time in the kitchen to treat yourself to something nice.
