I'm going to Turkey in a few days and I just can't help but share some photos of my beautiful country with you. Below is where I'm going, to catch this beautiful sunset once again!!

This beautiful sunset is in Izmir, not in a very touristy area, but gorgeous waters.

As you're driving up to the beach, you'll see so many people selling green figs on the road. They are so sweet and so fresh!

If you walk along the beach during the day, you'll see people selling stuffed mussels. They're stuffed with seasoned rice, and sold with a slice of lemon so you can squeeze it over them!

If you take a small fishing boat around to the rocks, you'll find some beautiful blue waters with all kinds of cool creatures like starfish or sea urchins, and you can snorkel!

Turkish beaches usually have amazing restaurants alongside the beach. Some tables are even on the sand, you can literally dip your feet in the water. Here's a dish that's very typical during summertime: it's Octopus!

They're small but delicious!

And if you're not eating out, you can always grill! These fish are found in the mediterrenean! I've found two translations as "sea bream" or "tureng". Sometimes you can find these in fish markets in the US sold as Greek fish!
