How to make Quinoa Pizza Bites

Ingredients
1 cup cooked quinoa

1 egg

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon basil

1 teaspoon seasoning

1/4 cup marinara

Pinch red pepper flakes

Method:

1- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

2- Place all your ingredients in a bowl and mix until fully combined.

3- Grease a mini muffin tin and fill 12 slots evenly with the mixture.

4- Bake for 20-22 minutes, until it turns golden brown.

5- Top the bites with few shreds of mozzarella cheese when there are about 3 minutes remaining.

6- Return it to the oven to finish baking. Serve with marinara
