CUCUMBER
Cucumber is a vegetable of all ages, and can be called pumpkin, mask melon and also as squashes. It is a native of southeast Asia where it grows without planting, mostly India where it grows in a number of varieties.
BENEFITS OF CUCUMBER
Cucumber flesh is primarily composed of 80-90% water and other vitamins like vitamin A,C,E and Caffeic acid. It serves as an ingredient of many lotions and creams because of the astringent and moistening properties it contains. The outer skin contains beneficial minerals including, silica, potassium and magnesium.

USES OF CUCUMBER
There are different ways you can use cucumber
• Puree several slices of cucumber and mix With yoghurt, apply to the face and leave it to work for like twenty minutes. Later wash off with cool water.
• Cut a whole cucumber and mix it with one spoonful of olive oil, half glass of lotion, mud and honey and blend together, Then put the mixture in a cool place.
