A dietetic small snack in the `morning`

i just woke up right now becouse i have a few days off and it feels so good to be free :D

.....Then I thought what i could eat...something dietary and easy to do so I looked in the refrigerator for the ingredien for a milkshake
It is very delicious and fast to do

Ingredients

  • milk
  • a banana
  • whipped cream( if you want)
  • vanilla sugar (if you want)

Instruction

Mix banana and milk together in a cup or bowl until desired consistency is reached.
Then put the contents in a glass and enjoy your banana milkshake
