Why this granola?

Because it’s all natural, healthy, gluten free, sugar free and fucking delicious!

What you will need:

Any kind of flakes:

Oats flakes.jpg

You can add gluten free oat flakes.

Quinoa flakes.jpg

Or with any other kind of flakes. You can choose just one or add multiple!

I recommend the below.

Either way you need 250 grams.

Optional:

Rice flakes.jpg

Rice flakes are little hard so I don't usually use them.

Optional

Cocoa Nibs.jpg

Grated coconut.jpg
Cocoa nibs or grated coconut are a delicious addition if you like them!

You can add any other ingredients that you like!

To finish the preparation

Add Coconut oil.jpg
Pour coconut oil into the mix until the ingredients separate from one another.

You can be generous!

Then add Canne molasses.jpg

Carefully and slowly mix the canne molasses to avoid sugar balls or burning during cooking.

Next, bake your mixture for 30 minutes in the oven. Remember to stir it every 10 minutes to avoid burning.
