Sunday brownies

It's been a long time since I baked something, specially the brownies. This is something I enjoy eating every single time.

I mean who doesn't like brownies?

So, today I thought I'd share the recipe with you.

Ingredients

3 eggs
1/4 cup milk
half tsp vanilla essence

Method

1- Take a deep bowl and add 1 cup oil in it.

2- Add 2 tbsp cocoa powder in it and beat it with the beater.

It looks like this

4- Mix 2 tsp baking powder in 1 cup white flour and add that mixture in the batter little by little. Beat with the beater again.

5- Add 1 egg and mix, then the 2nd one and mix. Just like that mix the 3 eggs one by one.

6- Add 1/4 cup milk and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.

7- Mix properly for the last time and there ya go, all ready to bake.

8- Pour the batter into a pyrex dish and put it in the oven. Bake it for around 30 mins on 200° C.

9- When you think it's done, put a knife in the brownie. If it comes out clear, without any chocolate, then it means they are ready. If not, bake for some more time.

There you have it. Delicious brownies ready to be eaten with a hershey's syrup topping.

Another way to eat it is with vanilla ice cream. Believe me or not, it is so delicious like that. Hot brownie and cold ice cream is THE best combination. Although I did not have vanilla ice cream at the moment but some other day I will post photos of it.
