Jummy PAVLOVA recipe

Ingredients:

4 egg whites
caster sugar ( double g of the eggs)


For the topping:

200g strawberries,
50g icing sugar
4000ml double cream


Method

Heat oven to 150C fan/gas 2.

Whisk the egg whites a bit than and add the sugar in 3 time. Whisk for about 10 minutes , untill the meringue gets tick and glossy.

Put the cream in a pipping bag and shape on in a oven tray. The size as you like

Consider that smaller is it shorter is the cooking time.

Bake it for 1 hr, than turn off the oven leaving the meringue inside until cooled completely.
~if you like give a rustic shape when torn the oven off, with a spoon , hit the tip to crush it, than let cool down

Meanwile. Whisk the crem (better if chill) with half spoon of icing sugar (50g).
Chop the strawberrys and put in a food processor for a couple of minutes than add it to the cream.

Whip the cream and strawberry on top the meringue and Ready to Serve !!!! 😊

You can store in a sealed container up to one week
( without cream) .
