Hungry for Health Recipe: Carrot Avocado Soup

Ingredients:
- 2 C fresh carrot juice (8-10 large carrots)
- 2 avocados
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 C fresh apple juice
- 1/2 C sprouts
- pinch sea salt
- dash allspice
In a blender, combine the carrot juice and avocado. Add the lemon juice, vanilla, apple juice, salt and spices and blend again. Garnish with sprouts and serve cold.
Yield: 3-4 servings
