You'd think that it takes a whole lot of time to do this stuff. But it actually doesn't. It took about 10 minutes for prepping and another 30-35 minutes for baking this pizza, which is very low in carbohydrates and it works well for someone who is following a very-low carbohydrate or ketogenic diet.
This pizza makes 1 serving (about 150g after baked), which is why there's a small amount of each ingredient. So, here's what's in it:
- 30g almond flour
- 4g baking powder
- dash of salt
- 1 whole egg
- 30g tomato sauce
- 20g mushrooms
- 35g dry salami
- 20g green olives
- 20g cheese
Steps:
- Mix the dry ingredients: almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Beat the egg and add the dry mix and mix them until reaching the desired consistency.
- You might get a somewhat fluid mix. If this is the case, put it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove it from the oven and add the tomato sauce, mushrooms, salami, olives and cheese.
- Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes. Let it cool before slicing.
