8 oz. Shredded cooked chicken
1 tsp. Southwest chipoltle seasoning
1/8 tsp. Salt
1/4 c. Plain greek yogurt
2 tbsp. Fresh chopped cilantro
1 tsp. Lime juice
1 c. Fire roasted corn
1 c. Shredded cabbage
1 small jalapeno chopped
1 med. Avocado halved & smashed
4 tostado shells
1/2 c. Cherry tomatoes quartered
1/4 c. Crumbled cotija cheese or monterey jack cheese
In a bowl combine ckn, chipotle seasoning and salt. Toss to coat
2.) for corn slaw, in a med. Bowl stir together yogurt, cilantro, and the lime juice. Add corn, cabbage, and jalapeno. Mix well
3.) spread avocado on tostado shell. Top with ckn, the corn slaw, tomatoes, cheese, and additional cilantro leaves. Serve with lime wedges.😊😊 and enjoy!🙌
