Welcome inside my 1989 Ford Coachmen camper van. Living on the road as a freedom loving hobo and creating my own delicious meals. Inside my Lisa Marie eating well is of utmost importance. There is no substitute for great eating! Not worried about health at the moment, its all about survival baby!
Green chili and cheese omelette
6 eggs
3 fresh green chili
feta cheese
blue cheese
tomatoes
ev olive oil
cumin
salt, pepper
A large non-stick sauce pan with a cover is great for this. My royal chariot is equipped with propane burners so lets get cooking with gas right now!

I'll be cooking Thanksgiving dinner with my family in the city of Chicago. After that its off to Tampa for another winter of snowbirding in the Lisa Marie! I'm the best in the van dwelling business baby. Living and eating like a king! Not answering to bosses or babes!
Updates to my newly renovated "jungle room" in the back are coming up. Not sure if I will post pics or a video. I have one big finishing touch left to do that involves matching the blue velour glory of her original trim.
