I travelled to Manchester for the weekend, to celebrate my brother-in-laws birthday. The rain made exploring much of the outside parts of the city unpleasant, so instead we stuck to the bars and restaurants.
Fortunately Manchester has a thriving vegan scene. Here are just a few of the places we ate.

Despite not getting out and about in the city as much as we would have liked, we still had a fantastic time. I look forward to returning to this great city.
