It's been FORTY DAYS and FORTY nights of Rain! (OK, more like, 4 days and 4 Nights...) ...and the garden is very Verdant and LUSH!
Seriously, a lot of rains. I planted outside, starting around May 1st (Potato went out a few weeks earlier). And until 4 days ago, we had a few weeks solid of no rains. FINALLY, I got some rains.
Above Image Top is 2 Planters of Butter Crunch (Top L), 1 planter of Red Romaine (Top R), 1 of Romaine (Top M) and one Head of Romaine Lettuce. Far Left is Opal Basil, Oregano, and Sweet Basil. One round pot of Thyme. Two planters of Spinach, that seem to be coming slowly? To the right of the Lettuces, are two runners of Raspberries that are popping up!
Below Two spaghetti Squash just germinated.
Above Yukon Gold, Red Bliss, and Purple Potato
Below 10 Pots of tomato, 5 pots of Peppers, and a Marigold!
Above 9 More pots of Tomato! (And some onion peaking in!)
Below 3 Pots of Zucchini, 2 pots of Golden Summer Squash (plus an empty), and another Marigold!
Above Far Left, in round pot Chives, White Onion, next round pot, Bunching Onion, Red Spanish Onion. Then, 3 pots of Snow Peas, Sugar Daddy Peas, Golden Snap Peas
All in All, VERY Happy so far. The big fear coming up, os I am traveling for a week. I am teaching my daughter to water, and care for the Garden, while I am gone. Let's cross fingers and toes, and hope for the best.

Here's a quick RECAP post about Last Year's Garden.

For those not following the past year or so, Grovid originally came from @dreemsteem.
She challenged us all, during the year's Pandemic news,
to talk less about Codiv19 and More about Grovid20!
To talk sustainability and gardening and growing for the future!

2020... a wild and woolly year, if ever there was one, and slowly, 2021 too. My entire industry (Special Events) was shut down on 13 March 2020, and hasn't been back yet (That's 14 plus months of no work!) Personally, I am ok, but so many of my colleagues and friends are struggling with bills, paying for food and rent, medical and health insurance. I am hearing from clients, probably no work until about 4th quarter 2021.
