In order to keep alive the authentic gastronomy of Puerto Rico and in the rescue of many dishes that today in very few Puerto Rican homes are celebrated, I want to share with you a stew of "Judias Blancas" beans with "chorizo" (Spanish sausage), fish in mojo with ginger and pineapple served with kale , Brown rice with ginger and ajonjoli, and a salad of tomatoes with watercress and chives.
