I made An Egg On a Toast For Breakfast with tomatoes, spinach and cheese for you today.
It's very simple, yet egg is a very good source of high quality protein.
Doesn't require too much of your time to prepare it.
And combined with some veggies,..... you'll feel like you got your breakfast from five star restaurant.
Get your ingredients ready.
I used everything you see on the photo below.
Cut the tomatoes and beat the egg.
Heat up your greased (olive oil) pan over medium heat and add the tomatoes.
Continue cooking for about a minute.
Next, add your green spinach :)
Cover for few seconds
Until looks like the photo below.
Now, it's time to add slightly beaten egg.
Make sure it's all over your veggies.
Cover again for a minute.
And it's DONE!!!
It's healthy!
