Easy & Healthy: Ginger Beer

A few years ago I had a little ginger beer addiction.... We had this little veggie store across the street and I'd just get me a bunch of these ginger beers and they would be gone in no time!

So after going broke on these, I decided to experiment with it myself, and I came up with this yummy (healthier) and easy to make alternative! Enjoy!!!

0.5l sparkling water // 85- 95g ginger // 0.5 lemon // 3-4 tbsp agave or honey

Grate the ginger and add it to half of the sparkling water. Add the lemon juice of 0.5 lemon and the sweetener of your liking.

When planning on drinking, add the other half of the sparkling water. Done! Enjoy!
