Fried pork with lime leaves recipe.

Ingredients.

  • 400 grams of pork belly.
  • Lime leaves (Very thinly sliced).
  • 6 cloves garlic (finely chopped).
  • Vegetable oil, salt, sugar black pepper.

Instructions.

  • Soak the pork with cool water and 1 teaspoon salt for about 30 minutes just clean it. Put it into a bowl to drain. Cut it into large cubes.
  • Mix well the pork with 1 tablespoon salt and 2 teaspoons sugar for about 5 minutes.
  • Heat vegetable oil in the large pan over medium low heat, add the pork, fried well on the both side until the golden. Then turn the heat to low. Add garlic, continue to fry until golden and fragrant. Add sugar and salt to taste. Put it into a bowl and set aside.
  • Final step is add black peper, lime leaves with fried pork and mix well
  • Serve hot with cooked rice.
