Ingredients.
- 300 grams of beef tenderloin.
- 200 grams of asparagus (trimmed and cut a half).
- 1 red pepper (thinly sliced).
- 5 cloves garlic (finely chopped).
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce.
- Peanut oil, salt and sugar.
Instructions.
- Mix well beef with 1 teaspoon salt, oyster sauce and 1 teaspoon sugar in a bowl for about 20 minutes. So the beef can flavor.
- Heat oil a the pan over medium high heat, add garlic and fry well till golden. Then add the beef, stir fry well for about 2 minutes till has a little pink inside. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan which you've just cooked the beef and cook in the leftover beef oil. Add asparagus and red peper and stir fry well for about 3 minutes. Then add the beef and stir fry for a minute.
- Serve with cooked rice.
