[Way To 75Kg Part 1] My progress since August

Hello to the entire Steemit community.

This is a project I want to carry out and I call it '' Way to 75Kg ''.

I hope you support me and enjoy this journey as much as I do, I will be updating and uploading new parts as I notice important changes.

Since July of this year I started to do chin-ups, pull-ups, push-ups and dips, just with my own weigh. Since November 27 I started going to the gym, I still do chin-ups and pull-ups but this time with added weight. And I am doing many other composed exercises with weights.
