🏋🏻 Road to get shredded 🏋🏻 - 7th March

Today is arms day workout! Arms are my best muscular district, especially the triceps, which I try to train as little as possible giving priority to the biceps.
Hunger starts to be felt, now the routine has become just chicken, vegetables and protein muffins .. what a bore!


Today's Diet


Meal 1

  • eggwhite pancake
  • 100g low fat greek yoghurt
  • zero kcal chocolate syrup
  • 30g peanut butter

Meal 2

  • 250g chicken breast
  • 300g spinach

Meal 3

  • 4 protein muffins

Meal 4

  • 250g chicken breast
  • 120g beans
  • 300g spinach

Todays' Workout - Arms


  • ex barbell curl 12-12-12-8-7-6-5
  • alternate Dbs curl 10-8-6-6
  • " double biceps " cable curl 5 sets of 12/15 reps
  • seated Dbs curls in superset with hammer Dbs curl 4x 15/20
  • pushdown cable 12-10-10-10-8-8
  • overhead french press 20-15-12
  • dips 2 sets of max reps
  • rope cable crunch 5 sets of 10-12 reps
