Workout Tips for the Gym

 Tips for working out in the gym: stay focused, if you lose focus then leave, keep it as brief as possible
  1. Start Light and work your way into heavy lifts.
  2. Push it to the limits.
  3. Stay focused.
  4. Respect your own time and keep it moving.
  5. If you lose focus, LEAVE!
