Having Started my fitness training I was a bit sore for a few days.

Everything goes well, though I was a bit sore for a few days due to my fitness training.

With my birthday coming up I decided to eat a bit other than just meat for the weekend, but I fully intend to follow the program on Monday, also there won't be many differences.
I just feel to good on this diet.
Back to training some day this weekend, but not sure if tomorrow or Sunday.
