Fitness 365: Day 76

The gut is almost Gone!

The Workout:
2 sets of 20 Bicycle Kicks
2 Sets of 2 Minute Jump Rope
2 sets of 10 Sit-ups
2 sets of 10 Push-ups
2 sets of 10 Squats
2 Sets of 10 Biceps 20 Lbs
2 Sets of 15 Triceps 10 Lbs

Just another straight forward workout for the day, back at it again tomorrow, and Thursday is rest day. I tried weighing myself today, but my scale is out of batteries, so I am going to have to pick some up in order to better track my progress again. Hope you are all having a wonderful day, and hope I have inspired at least one other person :)
