In a couple hours (TODAY!) we will be going LIVE again! This is our 10th #miniCHALLENGE!

"What's that?", you might be wondering!

Well... Basically it's an opportunity for self-discovery!

It's a chance to find out what you can do 5min. at a time!

The whole workout is around 30min. long and we will be targeting the upper body this time around! (Your going to need 2 light "heavies" from around the house... be it dumbbells or water bottles... just be creative!)

As a little heads up... Once we are finished today's workout we will be taking the next 5 weeks off from our LIVE broadcasts.

We plan to use that time to recharge and revamp!

About Today's #miniCHALLENGE

Here's the details:

Today's workout will be targeting your UPPER BODY.

Your will need:

✅ To synchronize your clocks! [8pm CET] 🕗
✅ 2 dumbbells (or even 2 water bottles will work!) 🔩🔩
✅ Dress snazzy in flashy workout gear. Confidence shines bright! 👟
✅ Some quality H20. You can never get enough water in summer time! 🚰
✅ Yes! A towel might also be a good idea. Sweat is fat crying! ⬜️
✅ Don't for get to "invite" (challege) your friends! #miniCHALLENGE! 👱‍♀👦
✅ Remember! 5min. at a time is how you #Win! 🏆
