dont-lose-your-fire-quote-spotebi.jpgPeople all over the world consider health as an all-important concern. In health matters, it is better to be safe than sorry. Regarding food habits, it's better to avoid the latest diet craze. Based on my research there is some strategies to live longer.

Stop smoking. To all smokers, please take note and believe that there are over 70,000 scientific articloides to prove that smoking damages your heart, lungs, esophagus, stomach, bowels, prostate, and predisposes you to all kinds of cancers. It's never too late to kick the habit. Quitting can slow disease and increase survival odds even in smokers who have already caused significant damage to their lungs, like those with early lung cancer

Limit or avoid alcohol. "Drinking in moderation" is a much abused phrase. You should know the real score with alcohol, here it is: liver cirrhosis, liver cancer, stomach ulcers, oral cancers, brain damage, dementia, nerve damage, depression, abusive behavior and vehicular accidents.

Eat fruits and oily fish. Nature's healthiest fruits are bananas, carrots, tomatoes and citrus fruits. Bananas are rich in potassuim, vitamin B6 and folic acid. Carrots are abundant in beta-carotene, an antioxidant which help your vision and immune system. Likewise, tomatoes have high amounts of antioxidants, including beta-carotene and lycopene. Oily fish like sardines, tuna, mackerel and salmon are filled with healthy omega-3 fatty acids, which make your blood less likely to form clots. Omega-3 helps you to protect heart, prevent heart attacks and balance cholesterol. If you are not eating fish, take omega-3 supplements.

Eat green leafy vegetables. Vegetables are beneficial for people with heart disease, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, bowel problems and various cancers. Vegetables are also excellent diet foods because they're low in fat and high in fiber.

Focus on fitness. Daily exercise may be the closet thing we have to a fountain of youth. The lesson is to exercise safely, gradually and moderately. Moderate exersice has been proven to prevent diabetes, maintain body weight and lessen athritis. Exercise a minimum of three times a week to maintain your ideal weight and muscle tone.

Be a positive thinker. Positive thinking eventually gained scientific evidences and adherents. Doctors have estimated that almost 60% of all illnesses have a psychlogical basis like the marital spat before a hearrt attack, the business problems before stroke, or the failed love affair before the depression. You should need train your mind to think positively. Believe you'll beat your disease and you can.WFL-Produce-Rainbow.pngimages (1).jpegimages.jpegweekend-beach.jpgimages.png
