Farm-Fresh Ice Cream!


Sunday I got the chance to visit one of the best ice cream places around. What makes this place unique is that it is situated on a farm and the dairy used to make the ice cream comes from a bunch of small, local dairy farmers in Southern New England. Being only an hour outside of NYC, it is nice to see that farm-to-table cuisine is still available- even if it is only ice cream. The flavors I enjoyed were chocolate peanut-butter cup and cookies dough.
