HEALTHY FAST FALL SMOOTHIE

Smoothie is the best variant to eat something fast but to feel great for a long time.

It's easy, fast and healthy!

I've recently discovered this type of food for me and my family, but now it's become one of the most favourite ones.

We can combine so many different ingridients and create dozens of recipes, feeling like real chief-cookers;)

Now it's a fall already, and we've less and less fresh local fruits.
But we can change them for something we've nearby during the whole year! - dried fruits and sprouted seeds!

And don't forget to use honey and pollen that are considered to be real superfoods due to the number of useful microelements and vitamins!

Smoothie with these ingridients will be not less tasty than summer ones, but they will be much more nutritious and useful!

Now it's a pumpkin time, so why not to use it?

We take:

Pumpkin
Dried fruits you like the most
sprouted wheet (or other seeds)
pollen (superfood)
water
any fresh fruits (if you've have) - I took a banana

Just mix and blend them!
