Fart comes from the gases contained in the intestine. These gases come from the air swallowed when a person eats / drinks and from imperfect food digestion results in the gut. Gas production in the gut will usually increase after eating. The formed gas will be brought into the rectum (the ultimate portion of the intestine) through intestinal peristaltic movements that will also carry the rest of the digestion (feces). Gas atapun feces that have reached the rectum will cause similar complaints, namely discomfort in the abdomen and heartburn. Furthermore, the fart will be expelled through the anus accidentally when the pressure inside the rectum is greater than the strength of the anal sphincter, eg when coughing, sneezing or orgasm or deliberately removed by increasing the rectal pressure and reducing the anal sphincter pressure so the gas is easily out.
